Team Building Seminars

At CultureBuilds, When we think of team building, we think of thoughtful opportunities for employee engagement. We believe deepening the bonds between colleagues is central for creating a work environment that celebrates human connection and fosters meaningful interactions.

In a CultureBuilds employee engagement workshop, we focus on giving participants an opportunity to laugh and have a genuinely good time with their colleagues. They also get a chance to go beyond everyday conversation to real exchanges that strengthen their relationships with one another. In the midst of this good time, participants are also learning more about one another and strengthening their connections.

CultureBuilds workshops are scaffolded to start with low stakes participation that expertly build up to activities that require a reasonable amount of trust and support between participants. The results speak for themselves.

Potential Offerings

STORY CIRCLES

This time-tested workshop allows participants to learn much more about their colleagues, and connect through a shared experience of telling stories to each other. Using a wide range of theatre and storytelling techniques, participants explore their teammates' likes, dislikes, out-of-office experiences, and many other topics. 

YOUR TEAM’S STORY 

CultureBuilds’ facilitators lead participants through a variety of exercises to help a team craft their own story. This workshop can be valuable for maintaining consistent communication, staying on track with project management, developing expectations around internal and external communication, and aligning a team’s goals for their everyday needs.

LISTENING TO UNDERSTAND

This important workshop provides team members with the tools for listening without defensiveness, keeping judgments at bay, and truly hearing the needs and requests of their teammates. Likewise, team members engage with certain techniques to impart information in concise, cogent, and helpful ways that strengthen the interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
