CultureBuilds' approach to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion programming involves a performance element with a credible messenger. Centered in storytelling, these experiences are facilitated as a single workshop, or multiple workshops, which build on a single theme.

CultureBuilds uses its own tested pedagogy, which is drawn from theatre, improvisational, and storytelling traditions and practices. Through the combination of these art forms, CultureBuilds crafts an experience that is best for your team, and fosters creative problem-solving.
